Description
The second location of Pepperdine College's Administration Building was this construction site at Vermont Avenue and 81 Street, just around the corner from the original southwest Los Angels campus. The buildings built here in 1930 by I. M. Hattem composed a "drive-in market"--a precursor to today's shopping malls--Hattem's Market, which subsequently purchased by Pepperdine College in 1961. complete;
