Sadly, in 1967 Dinky bit actor Mike Henry on the jaw during the filiming of a Tarzan movie and was put to death for the incident.
Photograph caption dated July 4, 1961 reads, "The performing chimpanzees of Pacific Ocean Park test one of the Santa Monica amusement park's cannons as they get ready for the final showing of the 'Fantasy Over The Pacific' aerial display at 10 p.m. today. Left to right are Boxco, Salty and Dinky."
