Photograph caption dated January 10, 1964 reads, "Los Angeles City Councilman James B. Potter and his wife are shown serving champagne to Mr. and Mrs. Jim Case, Hollywood, during an open house at Potter's new Valley offices at 14011 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks. The opening was Thursday. Mrs. Case is president of the Cahuenga View Property Owners Association."
