Faro, traditional gambling game of the old west is reviving half forgotten arts at Las Vegas, Nevada. Only one of the legalized gambling houses now maintains a Faro Bank, The Boulder Club, on Fremont Street. Others have given the game up because its "edge" for the house is too uncertain. Photo shows the game in full blast with the dealer at right and a lookout in a high chair to see that he overlooks nothing in betting and "coppering," for the house has but a small "edge." Photograph dated July 16, 1931.
