Description
Isḥāq Ayyūb Isḥāq pointed out the approximate location of the discovery of the Dishnā Papers, about 300 meters out from the foot of the cliff. Isḥāq Ayyūb Isḥāq, Inspector of the Department of Agriculture for the Dishnā Governate, supplied the name and address of the antiquities shop in Alexandria where some of the Dishnā Papers had been sold. The Alexandria shop provided photographs that were identified as Bodmer Papyri, by Pietersma for the Psalms and Hans Quecke for the Coptic text.
