Description
Photograph caption dated January 1, 1958 reads "'Fisherman's Dream,' a 17-foot fish, fighting to avoid being landed, won the new Mayor's Trophy for San Gabriel. Fish, done in tropical ti leaves, swam in lacy waters of blue cornflowers and white stock fighting floral fisherman done in stock, carnations and other blooms. San Gabriel's queen and two princesses watched from throne of large water lily."
