Description
Nearly-demolished centeral fire station with front facade missing. Tents set up at either side as temporary quarters. City Hall (with towers at each corner) dominates background. other buildings include recently-built Ocean Center Building (left of center, with spire), and Jergins Building (light building next to Ocean Center Building).
