Title supplied by cataloger. Bill O'Brien started his small business making wooden toys for pets in 1951 after retiring from steel industry and relocating to California from Massachusetts. Delrego Products Co. employeed four workers besides O'Brien. Photograph caption dated September 2, 1959 reads, "Who's Dumbbell? -- Scene...may look like special health club poodle plan, but actually O'Brien's wooden dumbbells which weigh up to 14 ounces, are important in training pooches such as Boandett, left, and GiGi, right. O'Brien, who lives at 11436 Erwin St., North Hollywood, has been in Valley since 1951."
