Hines, and Frank Butler asking that the Big Pine Committee be relieved from further negotiations with the Board of Public Service Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles. Also, settlement offer for the town of Big Pine by the City of Los Angeles and its rejection by Big Pine property owners.
