Photograph article dated July 29, 1957 reads, "Robert Glove, chief engineer of Janco Corporation announced the appointment of Wallace G. Wade as head of the Janco Laboratory. Janco Corporation is a manufacturer of aircraft electrical equipment and has furnished every major airframe with its line of shunts, jumpers, switches, bus assemblies and cockpit heaters. Wade comes to Janco well qualified, having been associated with the National Bureau of Standards, Westinghouse Research, and most recently, twenty-two years in the Standards Laboratory, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. The newly appointed laboratory head will be responsible for improving laboratory facilities, testing methods and the maintaining of precision laboratory standards."
