Description
View 1 (2009-1525). Miner's Friend and Veranda Rooms buildings are seen along with a group of clowns and parade spectators watching parade of men pass (McCurry no. 148) -- View 2 (2009-1526). Three men wearing top hats are seen in front of parade (McCurry no. 149).
View of parade in Roaring Camp held in Southside Park as part of the Sacramento Golden Empire Centennial in 1939. A group of men in old west costumes are seen parading down street lined with old west buildings while a crowd of spectators look on. The parade group is seen near the Miner's Friend building.
