Photograph caption dated December 20, 1957 reads, "Actress Dinah Shore and Mexican Consul General Adolfo G. Dominguez exchange collections of American and Mexican anti-tuberculosis seals in Burbank. Miss Shore is co-chairman of this year's TB fund drive. Mexico is one of 45 countries in world which support international anti-TB crusade through sale of Christmas seals."
