Description
Lease agreement originally drawn on July 1, 1931 for 13 acres of Block F, Dominguez Colony Tract in Rancho San Pedro. Handwritten annotations reduce the land to 8 acres on January 1, 1933. The yearly rent is handwritten and initialled by George H. Hand as $325. George H. Hand also documented the land acreage reduction on the second page of the lease. Verbiage requiring lessees be American citizens and requiring a copy of a birth certificate as a part of the lease agreement is stricken in red pencil.
