Photograph of an exterior view of American Can Company Building in Los Angeles, 1900. The entrance to the factory can be seen in the foreground and is located in a one-story building with a flat roof. In the background, a much larger building houses the factory. Banks of rectangular windows are visible along the entire length of the factory, and smokestacks protrude from the roof. Awnings are visible over the windows on the small building in the foreground.
