Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker and John Humble discuss their audio book, “The Drucker/Humble Workshop.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled, “Management by Objectives.” Drucker begins by talking about the management of non-profit organizations. He discusses how government organizations, hospitals, and schools make up over half of America’s gross income. He states the problems with people not being paid based on performance. He ends the discussion by talking about the role of management in government.
