Description
Photograph of San Francisco earthquake damage, showing Kearney Street from 3rd and Market Street, 1906. A metal pole lies across the rubble in the foreground while people walk down the wrecked street in the background. Although many of the large buildings still stand, debris from their broken walls spills out of their windows and their exterior walls are charred form the fire. Copyrighted and published by J.D. Cardinell, Oakland, Calif, 1906.
