Photograph caption dated August 25, 1962 reads, " 'Back To School' in Fashions -- Merchants of the Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks will present their first "Back to School" fashion show at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday in the Fashion Court. Teen-age models will include from left Terry King, Sherman Oaks; Andrea Aston, Sunland, and Barbara Hunter, also Sherman Oaks, who will wear coed fashions in the latest fall colors. Boys and young men's styles also will be shown, according to David E. Lynch, president of the Merchant's Association. Dorothy Shreve is show coordinator and Sidney Zaid's trio will provide background music."
