Description
Detail from poster (MVU2950) of Pueblo Governors who visited John Collier in Mill Valley. This is Santiago Naranjo. Mr. Collier, who maintained a home in Blithedale Canyon from 1923 to 1933, served as Commissioner for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in the President Franklin D. Roosevelt administration, from 1933 to 1945. The first image was created from the original glass negative and the second was scanned directly from the poster.
