The Rose Hill Drug Store in which C. Ivy Tom was slain. Left to right the photo shows Deputy District Attorney James P. Costello, standing where policeman D. C. Oliver was fixing his flashlight; George Contreras, chief investigator, and Deputy District Attorney Thoms in the place of druggist Toms and Victor Page, a customer; (Hickman was in front of them) and Mrs. Ruth Toms in the same position she occupied during the holdup; Hunt came through the opening to the right of her.
