Description
Dale begins the interview talking about the real world of meta-amphetamine drug trafficking, gangs, and terrorists that background his novel. In particular, Dale talks about basing his story upon his wife’s experience working for the Sacramento, California police department. For the majority of the interview, Dale talks about the characters and the plot complications. Near the end of the interview, Dale talks about his optimism for the future.
