Description
Photograph of workers in Mr. Taylor's office at the Department of Public Works, [s.d.]. Two men work at opposite sides of the same desk at center with many documents before them. A man in a lightly-colored suit uses the phone at the edge of the desk while a man stands behind him in work clothes and a hat. A fifth man sits a separate desk in the left background where bulletins hang from the wall and a calendar is posted near the window. What appears to be a large scale stands next to the door behind the desk at center.
