Description
Administrative records of 100th/442nd Veterans Association. Includes a board of directors meeting agenda on April 7, 2001, the treasurer's report on April 7, 2001, minutes of the board meeting on March 3, 2001, a rotation system for assignments and activities as of January 1, 1999, and a photocopy of a letter of intent to purchase real property of the 100th/442nd Veterans Association's location written by Gary G. Avery. The Henry Y. Ikemoto Collection contains correspondence, photographs, articles, chronologies, rosters, books, booklets, programs, reunion yearbook, and album. It depicts Americans of Japanese ancestry’s military service, mainly Anti-Tank Company, 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, and Military Intelligence Service. It also describes activities by organizations and reunions of Japanese American veterans and the Rohwer incarceration camp.
