Photograph caption dated September 27, 1961 reads, "The object of the attentions of the three persons shown in the photo on Page 1 [See photo ID 00085842] was a model of a city-approved fallout shelter being shown by Clifford R. Standing, civil defense coordinator for the San Fernando Valley. The model was on display at a breakfast meeting of North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce."
