Description: Photograph article dated February 7, 1964 partially reads, "A dream home in a dream location awaits the family that chooses to build their future at Valley West in Simi Valley. Nestled between the hills of this beautiful smog-free haven, Valley West, which will comprise 1100 homes, is a project of the Larwin Co., one of the West Coast's largest builders and developers of homes and shopping centers." This "Jack and Jill" room is really two bedrooms. When sliding panel in center is open, it becomes one huge room.; See images #00117751 through #00117753 for all photos in this series.
