This 1962 postcard depicts the winning design for the new California Governor's Mansion competition, and the California State Seal. The mansion design was created by Wong, Tong, Namitz and Tong, of Campbell and Wong Associates, a prominent Bay Area firm. The new Governor's Mansion was supposed to be constructed on the corner of 15th and N Streets in Sacramento, California.
