Sacramento's reigning 1964 Camellia Queen, Pamela Wyckoff visited government officials. On the left is Raymond G. Chism of the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors and on the right is Sacramento County Supervisor Leslie E. Wood. They received Camellia plants for supporting the 11th annual festival coming in March.
