"Dear Emma -- I have been expecting you would come to see me but as you have failed to show up I am going to jog your memory again. Did you get my card saying we had moved. I am improving slowly. Have been getting up in a wheelchair now for two days. Hoping to see you oon. I am lovingly yours."
