View of Chief Davis as he gives a pep talk to his pistol team. The police marksmen were to travel to Idaho for a return pistol match with Sheriff E. F. Prater of Twin Falls who lost to the local team recently. Left to right: Lieutenant Joe Dircks, Officers Tommy Carr, Alvin Strand and W. R. Starr, Detective Lieutenant E. E. Jones, Officer C. E. Ward and Chief James E. Davis. Photo was taken on August 10, 1938.
