Rescue demonstrations took place at Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ferrell's home located in North Hollywood, CA.
Photograph caption dated June 15, 1959 reads, "Fire rescue 60 'goes into action' with resuscitator to 'revive' young Pearlman after his rescue. Demonstrating device are, from left, Lee Horn, Jordan Seibert and Joe Vitalle, directed by Batt. Chief William Johnston. Stressed was importance of knowing how to administer artificial respiration while waiting for resuscitator crew to arrive.
