Photograph caption dated December 18, 1984 reads, "The 180-unit Vista Montoya condominiums, located in the Pico-Union district on the southwestern edge of downtown L.A., are priced from $59,000 for a one-bedroom unit to $90,000 for a family-size three-bedroom apartment. Built by architects David Hyun & Associates and Kamnitzer & Cotton, the development features landscaped lawns and courtyards, pools, fountains, and a jacuzzi."
