Description
Black taffeta bodice with cotton lining, three bands of stitched down pleats 1" wide separated by 1.5" bands of fabric with faggoting running down the center. Long sleeves with cuffs--lace attached. Band of plain black cotton waistband to be tucked into skirt. 2.5" loop sewn into right sleeve. Underbodice has 8 hook & eye closures. Likely worn by Frances Dainty Company performer.
