Description
Photograph caption dated October 19, 1959 reads, "Fred Weddington, 80, pioneer banker and civic leader, accepts proclamation from Frances Muir Pomeroy, center, president of San Fernando Valley Historical Society, and a copper picture from Bill McCann. Presentation was made in Weddington's home when civic leader was unable to attend pioneer picnic in North Hollywood Park."
