Description
A street view of the Los Angeles Times Building, on Spring between 1st and 2nd in Los Angeles, during construction. A sign on the side of the construction site reads "P.J. Walker Company Builders". There are two trucks with stacks of pipes on the flatbeds parked next to the building and a street car at the far right. The adjacent building also belongs to the L.A. Times.
