Description
Identity of photographer questionable.
Note: "Häuser von chines. Kaufleuten im Vordergrund, von Europäern im Hintergrund - auf der Landungsbrücke Farbhölzer und Kokosnüsse zum Verschiffen. Miss G. Reusch erhalten v. d. t. Maschinisten des deutschen Dampfers 'Borneo' ...[unleserlich]... ." (A-30-0,1).
Note translation: "Houses of chinese merchants in the foreground, those of european merchants in the background. On the jetty you can see wood used in dying, and coconuts, both ready for shipment. Rev. G. Reusch received this from the engineer of the German steamer 'Borneo' ...[illegible]... ." (A-30-0,2).
