Photograph of a distant view of the Thomas Sandres (or Sanchez) Rancho (Cienege O'Paso de la Tijera) from Baldwin Hills looking east (toward Los Angeles, ca.1926. About eight of the ranch buildings are visible at the foot of the hill from which the photograph was taken, as well as fenced corrals, several large trees, wagons, and an automobile. The largest building, at center, has collapsed. In the background are open fields and a road.
