To discuss final plans for the event, which will have a French theme this year, Valley members, Mmes. Arthur E. Anderson, left, and Ralph Kraus, met in the Parisian atmosphere of Robiare's French Restaurant." Robaire's French Restaurant was located at 13849 Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks.
