Photograph of destroyers setting a smokescreen at sea, [s.d.]. Two destroyers can be seen at center, and smoke pouring from their smokestacks is creating a large cloud at right. More ships are adding to the smokescreen at right, but are hidden by the clouds. In the foreground, a small gun can be seen on the deck of the ship from which the photograph was taken.
