Description
Peter Drucker writes to Carolina Biquard in response to her request for advice on how to study to improve her management skills. In this fax Drucker informs Carolina that most of what he has learned he obtained from experience, and his extensive reading of the works of sociologists and 19th century novelists. He goes on to suggest different techniques to help cultivate self-development.
