The large, lightly-colored plant stands at center with "College Heights Orange" printed in dark, bold letters across its front. A staircase on the right leads to a small door where three people stand just beneath a second sign that reads "Sunkist Oranges". The covered entrance to the basement can be seen near the left corner of the building with many windows in the wall above it. An electrical pole stands just in front of the building while an automobile sits in the foreground.
