Description: This report shows the results of the work of the Water Supervisor of the Division of Water Resources. Diversions of water were measured, the stream flow and return flow were recorded, and the duty of water and salinity investigations were pursued. This bulletin brings the results of all this work together. Included in this report are: measurements of stream flow, measurements of diversions, measurements of return water, use of water in the Sacramento - Joaquin Delta, and salinity investigation.
