Cars travel north on the Arroyo Seco Parkway near Cottage Home Street in Chinatown. Outside of Cathedral High School, there are two Foster and Kleiser billboards; one for Forest Lawn and the other for Royal Triton motor oil. A glimpse of Elysian Park is seen in the upper left. Photograph dated October 30, 1950.
