Description
Photograph of horses exercising at a racetrack park, ca.1930. In the center, a circular area is visible where horses are on a blow out in its middle area, people are standing on a patch of grass while the horses are encircling them while, apparently, walking around on a dirt road. A white fence is all around the site and a crowd of additional people can be seen standing behind it. Trees and small vegetated gardens along with people sitting on benches is viewable throughout the site. Further into the back, a building showing what seems to be the entrance to the horse stables is visible above the center, to the left, a clock and a sign with numbers is noticeable above this entrance. Behind the building, a parking lot with numerous rows of parked automobiles is visible along houses. A field with trees is observable in the far background.
