Austin designed the 1938 Art Deco style NBC Radio facility, which was replaced with a Home Savings & Loan bank in 1967.; Located at 6290 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood and designed by architect Douglas Honnold of the firm Honnold & Rex, the 18-story International Style Sunset Vine Tower was the first skyscraper built in Los Angeles after the city repealed its 14-story building height limit.
