Description
Photograph caption dated June 25, 1985 reads, "Resident, left, glumly surveys scene outside through a gaping hole in one wall of his home at 70th and San Pedro streets after a city Department of Transportation van collided with a U.S. Postal Service jeep and veered through a chain-link fence into the house. An infant was reported critically injured and three other people were hurt either in the house or in one of the vehicles. All of the victims were treated at Martin Luther King Jr. General Hospital."
