Description
Malibu Joe was a beloved transient who was often seen riding his bicycle along the PCH or attending Little League games. Tragically, Malibu Joe passed away following a beating by an unknown assailant on September 4, 1988. He is pictured here at his makeshift home behind the gas station in the Cross Creek/Civic Center area of Malibu.
