She spent 23 minutes in jail before Juana Martinez (left) furnished bail." Rand had been arrested by marshals on a contempt-of-court citation at a Gardena burlesque club; she had been accused of failing to appear in Citrus Municipal Court (later West Covina Courthouse) at the beginning of the year for an asset hearing.
