Description: About a dozen KKK clansmen dressed in traditional robes and flags, held out their signs for traffic at Lancaster's West Avenue J and 10th Street. They were protesting in front of the local courthouse where they claim, white people's rights are trampled on by the courts. Photo dated: July 11, 1987.
