Group of girls holding signs, pamphlets and donation boxes for the American Cancer Society. The girls are wearing dresses and skirts and one girl, to the far left, is in her girl scouts' uniform. The girls are posing for this photograph which took place at the Pasadena Public Library, also known as the Branch Library located at 55 S. Hill Ave. The photographs were ordered on 03/22/1955 by Jan Maddox for the association which was located at 180 S. Euclid in Pasadena. The photograph was taken on 04/26/1955, the photographer arrived at the library at 4:35 pm and left at 5:25 pm. The photograph contains a lot of damage.
