Boyle Workman, former city council president, shown in court as a witness for Henry Griffin on September 18, 1934. Griffin seeks to be named heir of the $1,500,000 fortune left by Flora Burbank Griffin, late widow of his brother, John W. "Jack" Griffin, once known as the city's "Beau Brummel." Henry Griffin claims his brother helped build up the fortune which his wife inherited from her father, Dr. David Burbank.
