Photograph caption dated August 7, 1983 reads, "In Los Angeles, above, Ryogi Yamada, 2, takes in protest in which burned and dismembered dolls were thrown on Federal Building steps. In Boston, Dean Hudson, upper right, portrays a nuclear Grim Reaper. And in Hiroshima, lower right, Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone carries a wreath at a memorial service."
